Our mission:
Provo Bike Hub is a welcoming and trusted community hub. We improve lives by bringing affordable bicycles and service to all.
So, how do we fulfill our mission?

We give donated bikes a new life by refurbishing them both for resale and to give to low-income community members, including children, refugees, and unhoused individuals.
Sometimes a bike can’t be fully refurbished, in which case we salvage what parts we can for reuse, and recycle the rest.

Unlike a commercial bike shop, we rent Do-It-Yourself (DIY) workbenches to fix and tinker on bikes. Professional mechanics are available to guide you.

Learning how to work on bikes is fun and empowering. We teach mechanic classes so that you feel confident working on your own bike.

You can find refurbished, used bikes for sell at our shop inside Pando Refitters. We also have used and new parts, giving you a one-stop-shop for all your biking needs.

We’re all about building connections through bicycles. And what better way to do that than to get on bikes and ride?!
We will host frequent exploratory social rides that are fun for all ages and abilities.
Where are we located?
Pando Refitters generously offered us space at their in Downtown Provo. We have paused volunteer operations there, but you might still be able to pick up a refurbished bike from us via their consignment sales.
There’s a lot that goes into starting up a business and non-profit. Our goal is to have our own storefront to serve the community, but we’re not there yet.
